Music and dance go hand in hand. Music is a deep message to the mind. You find a connection and know immediately that this is your style. This music, this dance, this is so me!
The easiest way to find belly dance music is to open a Spotify account. You can create an account for free however, you will have commercials in between your songs. I prefer the paid version of Spotify, it is so easy to create a playlist.
I have compiled a list of the songs that I love to dance and practice to. Listen until you find the songs you love. Put the songs you love into a playlist and you can always add more or remove songs too. Filter through and find the perfect music that moves you to dance.
I like a more modern exotic sound. I love a fusion mix with a great beat. We are searching for the essence of music, a sound that is pleasing to our mind. A soothing and soulful sound that resonates with our personality and the way in which we want to move. Don't limit yourself to just one style. Mix it up, keep it fun and enjoy the journey.
